One of my customers ships out payroll weekly to a Fedex location via Standard Overnight to be held for pickup as well.

We format the address as:

Recipient Name
Fedex Express Ship Center
HOLD FOR CUSTOMER PICKUP (address line 1)
Address of Fedex Station (address line 2)
City, ST, Zip

It gets the job done. However, the station employees are constantly complaining to the recipient that the sender did not use the HOLD option and are always giving him a bad time. It would definitely be useful to have this built in to postalmate.

Had customer come in today with need to do FedEx with "HOLD Weekday" option. This option (and "HOLD Saturday") was not available through PM. Is there a plan to add this feature/option?
